Time Management Coaching

Time management coaching helps individuals unlock productivity, achieve their personal and professional goals. Through individualized sessions, participants develop skills and behaviors for sustainable workdays, enhanced clarity and focus, energy management, and a fulfilling work-life balance. Our clients report regaining a minimum of 1 hour per day, allowing each individual to spend more time making their unique contribution.

coaching Clinics

Transforming how individuals and companies function.

HOW WE WORK:

Time Management Coaching Clinics provide participants with the opportunity to focus on their specific challenges, and receive expert diagnosis and practical strategies customized to their needs and goals. Jump-start worker productivity and boost your bottom line by helping employees navigate around their unique obstacles to efficiency.

Each clinic is 8 hours, divided into 4 to 8 slots per day, and can take place on-site or via Zoom

Our Inside Out approach to time management coaching is based on 3 core beliefs:

  • Time Management is about managing energy and brainpower for peak performance in everything we do.

  • Each solution needs to be built around the individual’s unique relationship to time, natural habits and goals.

  • Behavior change requires a combination of fresh perspectives, strategies and accountability over time.

Flexible grouping allows us to meet your team’s needs:

1:1 - Working with an individual, we identify their specific needs, goals and challenges, and determine a plan of action to develop skills to maximize productivity.

2:1 - Working with executives and their assistants, we develop systems to work in sync with one another to increase productivity, communication and the company bottom line.

3:1 - Working with groups of 3 peers with similar roles or intact teams, we triage time management crises, align on strategies to work together efficiently, and resolve competing demands.

RESULTS:

  • 86% of companies say they at least made their investment back

  • 96% would repeat the process

  • 99% were “somewhat” or “very” satisfied

We are all more efficient, productive, indeed organized, thanks to you.
