Based on Julie’s book, Time to Parent, we share a unique framework for making time for SELF care, when every priority seems stacked against you. We offer parents remarkably practical strategies that organize the seemingly infinite job of being a parent into a manageable set of responsibilities that are relevant from cradle to college.

Our clear, nonjudgmental approach will help participants see what they’re doing well, where they could be doing better and how even small changes in behavior can yield big results. JME shows participants how to stay focused and productive while working remotely and establish consistent check-in points with colleagues to stay in sync.
